    Terms of Service.

Effective Date: January 1, 2026  ·  Last Updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cruise Therapy website and your engagement with our luxury travel planning services. By accessing our website or retaining our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

    1. Services Provided

Cruise Therapy is an independent luxury travel agency specializing in private superyacht charters, curated European river cruises, and elite ocean voyage experiences. We act as agents on behalf of our clients in arranging travel services with third-party suppliers, including cruise lines, charter operators, airlines, hotels, and ground transportation providers. We do not own, operate, or control the vessels, properties, or services provided by these third-party suppliers and are not liable for their acts, omissions, defaults, or negligence.

    2. Bookings & Confirmations

All travel arrangements are subject to availability and supplier terms and conditions. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from Cruise Therapy. Verbal agreements or preliminary inquiries do not constitute a confirmed reservation. By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete, and that all travelers in your party have accepted these Terms.

    3. Payments & Deposits

Deposits and payment schedules vary depending on the nature of the booking (superyacht charter, river cruise, ocean voyage, or bespoke package) and will be clearly communicated at the time of inquiry. Final payments are typically due 90–120 days prior to departure unless otherwise specified. All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise and are subject to change until a deposit is received and a booking is confirmed. Cruise Therapy accepts payment via wire transfer and major credit cards. A processing fee may apply to card transactions.

    4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary by supplier, voyage type, and the terms of your individual booking agreement. General guidelines are as follows: • Cancellations made more than 120 days prior to departure may receive a partial refund of the deposit, subject to supplier cancellation fees. • Cancellations made within 60–120 days of departure are typically non-refundable for deposits and may be subject to additional penalties. • Cancellations made within 60 days of departure are generally non-refundable in full. Cruise Therapy strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation and interruption coverage, to protect your investment. Specific cancellation terms will be provided in your booking agreement.

    5. Travel Insurance

Cruise Therapy strongly advises all clients to obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to travel. This should include, at minimum, coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical evacuation, and emergency medical expenses. Failure to obtain adequate coverage is solely at the client's risk. Cruise Therapy accepts no liability for losses that would have been covered by appropriate travel insurance.

    6. Passports, Visas & Travel Documents

It is the sole responsibility of each traveler to ensure they hold valid travel documents, including passports (valid for at least six months beyond the return travel date), visas, vaccinations, and any other entry requirements for all destinations on their itinerary. Cruise Therapy may provide general guidance but accepts no responsibility for denied boarding or entry resulting from inadequate documentation.

    7. Limitation of Liability

Cruise Therapy acts solely as an agent for third-party travel suppliers. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, delay, or inconvenience arising from the acts or omissions of any supplier, or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, weather, government actions, strikes, or mechanical failures. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid to Cruise Therapy (exclusive of supplier costs) in connection with the relevant booking.

    8. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking and promptly notify us of any changes. • Comply with the rules, regulations, and codes of conduct set by all third-party suppliers. • Conduct yourself in a manner appropriate to the premium nature of the experiences provided. • Accept financial responsibility for any damage caused to property (vessel, suite, or accommodation) through negligent or willful conduct.

    9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Cruise Therapy website—including text, images, graphics, logos, and design—is the exclusive property of Cruise Therapy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.

    10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas.

    11. Modifications to These Terms

Cruise Therapy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
