The Last Frontier – Alaska.  Journey through the wild terrain of Alaska on an Alaskan Cruise and discover natural wonders and rugged beauty of this pristine land.

Alaska is a destination that is on many must-see lists.   And cruising is a great way to see it! Whether you choose to cruise round-trip from Seattle or Vancouver, or sail Northbound/Southbound and add a few days to enjoy the interior of Alaska, you can be sure Alaska won’t disappoint.

Though there are many options to sail the Alaska Inside Passage, I’m writing this post to invite you to join my family on a

Every Celebrity cruise is designed to inspire at sea.  Sail with Celebrity in Alaska and immerse yourself in modern luxury while cruising past glaciers and some of the world’s most breathtaking scenery.

There is a distinct difference when you sail with Celebrity.  You’ll notice it every time.  Extraordinary destinations. Culinary excellence.  Intuitive service.  Luxurious accommodations and stunning design.  The Lawn Club on Solstice is one of my favorites.  Yes.  That’s a real lawn on the top deck of the ship!

Experience the delight of Le Petit Chef™ at Silk Harvest specialty restaurant. Created by the world-famous artists of Skullmapping, presented by TableMation™, your dining adventure begins with the animated Le Petit Chef™ on your plate. He’ll prepare each course you’ll be enjoying before you’re served the actual dish.

This Alaskan itinerary sails round-trip from Seattle.

You’ll visit the quaint fishing town of Ketchikan, set at the southernmost entrance to Alaska’s famed Inside Passage—a network of waterways that snake through some of the most jaw-droppingly beautiful wilderness in the world.   Ketchikan is best known for three things: feisty salmon and the bears who catch them, beautiful scenery, and an incredibly rich Alaska Native culture.

Cruise Endicott Arm – one of Alaska’s lesser known gems.  Endicott Arm is one of the largest breeding grounds for harbor seals on the planet. Keep your eyes peeled for these creatures splashing in icy waters near the ship. Along the shore you might also glimpse brown bears, bald eagles, sea ducks, deer, moose and wolves.

Your journey through scenic Endicott Arm Fjord ends with a front-row view of Dawes Glacier. Standing over 600 feet tall and a half-mile wide, this very active icecap is known for its spectacular calving displays which produce huge, chunky icebergs that float in area waters.

This Alaskan cruise will also take you to Juneau, Skagway, and Victoria, British Columbia. My client favorites include visiting Mendenhall Glacier and salmon bakes while in Juneau and the dog sledding and puppy viewing tours in Skagway.  I know these tours will definitely be a must-do for my family too!

There’s is so much more I could write of things to see and do in Alaska, but the BEST way is to experience it all for yourself.  Join us on this bucket list cruise that is sure to create many forever family memories together.
